Dispatch & Delivery Explained

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days - Royal Mail collect our bags at around 4pm Monday-Friday (excluding weekends/holidays & bank holidays)

When choosing which delivery service is best for you please note 1st class tracked does not guarantee next day delivery, it is not a 24hr delivery service, if you do choose this service our experience is that on average your order should flow through Royal Mails systems more quickly with 97% of orders arriving the next working day

2nd class tracked is estimated to be delivered within 2-3 working days once received by Royal Mail, this is not guaranteed & can sometimes take longer, 94% of orders arrive within 2 working days

Your Royal Mail tracking link is sent with your dispatch email, we only have the same tracking information as you, should for any reason your order be delayed we have no alternative tracking methods to be able to find out where your order is within Royal Mails systems

Please regularly check your tracking link for updates as there have been times when there have been failed delivery attempts by Royal Mail where no card had been left, if this does happen you can book a redelivery through Royal Mails app or collect from your local sorting office, Royal Mail will only keep parcels for 18 days before they are returned to us

In the event that your order may remain undelivered, due to Royal Mails policies & procedures we need to wait 10 working days before we can start the claim process with them & send out a replacement order for you, please allow this timeframe before contacting us regarding any undelivered orders, we will only be able to relay the information contained in this blog back to you, no replacement orders will be sent before this time has passed, the reason being, should your original order arrive & we had sent out a replacement it would end up costing you money to return the order back to us.

Please note where stock levels allow a full replacement will be sent, for any items that are out of stock when we resend your order a refund will automatically be issued for these items

We understand how excited you are to receive your orders but please be mindful of the timescales set out above, there will be times when you will receive your orders almost immediately however the time of the year, time & day you order, how busy we are, Royal Mails workload & staffing will all impact the time it takes from ordering to receiving.
