We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made through our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can return it to (At the customers expense).

Items We do Accept Refunds For
- Items that have arrived damaged, this excludes wax bars which may unfortunately have snapped whilst in transit.
- Faulty wax warmers.
If you return an item outside of its original packaging then we won't be able to offer a refund,
Items We do Not Accept Refunds For
- Wax melts which have been partially used
- Wax melts that you do not like the scent of
- Opened wax melts
- Tealight burners after 24 hours of receiving
- Item's in a used condition
- Products which have been bought & a donation has been made to our chosen charity
- Gift cards can not be refunded however we are happy for you to transfer the gift code received in the original email to someone else to use
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of receipt of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a reimbursement. We encourage our customers to try the product as soon as possible after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Return postage is covered by the customer.
If you return an item outside of it's original packaging then we won't be able to offer a reimbursement.
If you would like to return something to us then in the first instance please email support@scentsatno3.co.uk quoting your order number, the nature of your problem and any supporting photos.
In the event your item arrives faulty and a refund or replacement is requested, the faulty product must first be returned to us for verification and inspection. Under no circumstances will a refund or replacement be processed without the return of the original item. This policy is in place to protect our business against fraudulent claims and to ensure that all cases are handled fairly and consistently.
If in the unlikely event your order is missing any items you will need to notify us within 48hrs of receipt and provide a photo of the products you received, the invoice and the packaging it arrived in.
Tealight Burner Damage & Returns Policy
Please inspect all tealight burners within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported to us within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after 24 hours, as this is considered to have occurred during customer use. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:
- Using a tealight candle that is larger than the recommended size, which may cause overheating and result in hairline cracks or damage to the burner dish.
- Incorrect removal of wax from the burner.
To prevent damage, wax should only be removed once fully liquefied by gently soaking it up with cotton wool pads before adding a new fragrance. Do not scrape, chip, or force wax from the dish, as this may cause cracking or other damage.
If your item was received as a gift:
For purchases made as a gift on your behalf, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser, as the payment was processed through their account. In these cases, we are only able to discuss order details and process refunds directly with the person who placed the order. To ensure a smooth resolution, please kindly ask the original purchaser to contact us directly—we’ll be happy to assist them.
