What Do I Receive Each Month?
As a valued subscriber to our Scent Me monthly box, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated collection of home and body fragrance products delivered to your door each month. Each box includes:
Whipped Cream Soap (1)

We ship all subscription boxes via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, providing you with reliable delivery and full tracking details.
How Much Is Your Subscription Box?
By signing up, you are committing to an initial minimum term of three (3) months. Your first month will be offered at a discounted rate of £10.00, with each subsequent month billed at £20.00.
Subscription payments are processed on a monthly basis, and your box will be dispatched within 3 working days of each successful payment.
Is There A Cooling Off Period When I sign Up?
When you sign up for a subscription, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. If you receive your first box and decide that you do not wish to continue with your subscription, you can request a cancellation within this 14-day window.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in an unused and unopened condition, exactly as received. Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet these criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund.

Can I Cancel My Subscription After The Initial 3 Months?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please note the following:
Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@scentsatno3.co.uk.
To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 working days prior to your next scheduled payment date.
