Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or amend the order. To ensure quick delivery, the order is processed once you have placed it. You can return the order within 14 days after receipt.

Subscription Terms and Details:

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew after the initial sign-up period. The first payment will be processed at the time of subscription sign-up. It's your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your current payment method is kept up to date to ensure smooth transactions.

Delivery Schedule: Boxes will be dispatched within three working days following each monthly payment.

Cancellation: By subscribing to Your Subscription Box, you are enrolling in our monthly wax melts delivery service, which will continue until you choose to cancel. Please note that a minimum of 3 working days' notice is required for cancellation after your second payment has been processed.

Important Note: To ensure a seamless subscription experience, please refrain from adding any additional items to your cart when purchasing this product. Any extra items added will be automatically refunded. If you wish to purchase other items, please do so separately.
