Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, snap bars that arrived damaged, bundles and promotional sets (e.g., “Buy X, Get X Free”) must be returned in full.

Damaged Orders: 

Email support@scentsatno3.co.uk with your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the damage, exclusions of snap bars apply.

Returns:

  • Email support@scentsatno3.co.uk with your order number and address to start the process.
  • Return postage is your responsibility (tracked service recommended).
  • Items must be securely packaged.
  • Email proof of postage once sent.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5 working days after inspection to the original payment method (refunds go to the original buyer if it was a gift).
  • Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
  • If your refund hasn’t arrived after checking with your bank/credit provider, contact us at support@scentsatno3.co.uk.
Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using your selected service, and the estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail apply once your order has been dispatched by us. Our dispatch process may take up to 2 working days, but during peak periods or holidays, it can occasionally be longer.  Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm. Orders are dispatched during these times only (excludes bank holidays & christmas).
