Our PMT Aromatherapy Bath Potions are thoughtfully formulated to support emotional and physical well-being during premenstrual tension. This soothing blend features pure essential oils of balancing Geranium, calming Lavender, and uplifting Bergamot, all infused into natural sea salt. Together, these ingredients work to ease mood swings, reduce stress, and help relax the body and mind, creating a comforting ritual for hormonal harmony. Simply add a small amount—about 1-2 scoops—of this aromatic potion to your bath, and immerse yourself in a truly transformative experience. 

Each tub comes with a wooden scoop, and using 2 scoops per bath will give you enough for 10 relaxing soaks.
